help us generate traffic for our members sites and sell our products on
and off line. Promoters join absolutely free and may earn a substantial
monthly income by promoting our sites and products, generating traffic
and credits to display the sites of other members such as Advertisers,
Merchants and Business Owners. Compensation paid to Promoters is based
on the volume of
Unique Visit Credits (UVC) they have accumulated in their account.
Promoters who generate sales while showing their referral sites become
Affiliates (Pro-affiliates).
Pro-affiliates
or Affiliates
are salespersons, people skilled at selling products to the general
public, or simply people who do not mind selling products in exchange
for earning sales commissions. Our affiliate and promotion programs are
performance based business models and absolutely free to join. We have
developed a system that pays our performing members a monthly income
during a whole year on a single sale.
We offer a 20%
sales commission on
which we pay another 20% to 30% monthly bonus to Promoters and
Affiliates willing to help us sell our company products. As a BACT
Pro-affiliate, you earn a monthly income, up to 72% sales bonus for a
full year on all our company products sales you performed. Promoters
and Affiliates wishing to earn a steady monthly income must join our
affiliate programs. They are allowed to sell their UVC (Unique Visit
Credits) to BACT. The monthly income paid to Promoters and
Pro-affiliates includes a 20% tax deductible donation fee to help
Charitable Organizations.
Promoters and Pro-affiliate categories
are eligible for the following benefits:
To earn a daily Promoters commission on their
free signup cash bonus when surfing their account
To earn a monthly income based on their sales
commissions
To receive a 20% sales commission each time
their referrals purchase our BAC products.
To receive a monthly 20% to 30% sales
commission maximizing bonus on sales they performed
To participate in the Promoter UVC Contests.
Other
membership categories cannot freely change or upgrade their membership
to the one of Promoters. Only the Administration can make such change
after analyzing for 3 months the activity log of each member applying
for the Promoter status.
For
instance, when you are a Visitor, a Shopper or a Traffic Exchanger, and
you wish to join our Business Opportunity and become a Promoter, you
must meet the following conditions:
Be an active member promoting your BACT site,
for 3 months minimum
Accumulate some UVC and eventually refer
potential customers
Surf your BACT account at least 20 days per
month
Apply
for the status of Promoter after a 3 month period before the
Administration takes your case into consideration.
Keep in mind that, becoming a Promoter is a
privilege, not a right.
When you are a Promoter or a
Pro-affiliate, your Promoter status and privileges will be reversed to
the
Free “Visitors / Exchangers” Membership at anytime
for the following reasons:
You are an inactive member since 30 days or
more.
You have chosen not to promote your BACT site
and links.
You have not acquired a single UVC for the past
30 days.
You have never acquired a single UVC to date.
Your accumulated UVC is useless because you
have not acquire a single referral for 3 months
You do have some UVC, but you have not been
surfing your BACT account for the past 30 days.
You are not using your REAL name or Company
name on your Profile page
You have not provided your First and Last names
or Company name on your Profile page
You have not completed, signed and faxed your
W-form (Forms will be provided by BAC)
Fashion Force Foundation and Business And
Charity, LLC are legitimate Companies registered in California.
As such we pay taxes every year, therefore, we will be sending a W-form
(Tax documents) to all Promoters and Pro-affiliate to complete, sign
and fax to us.
You may earn your Promoter status back if you
make the changes listed above and/or become an active member promoting
your BACT site.
At BACT, all
members join
absolutely free and can only be paid commissions for services performed
or products sold. We do not pay any ROI (Return On Investment) on
Advertising or Membership Packages purchased. We are not operating an
investment program, nor do we offer a ROI to anyone joining our
programs. However, we do offer to maximize your commission when you
help us promote and sell our company products. Again, it is absolutely
free for anyone to join our programs and use our system. Even if you
hate to promote and sell, simply reviewing our hundreds of useful sites
or playing some of our games can generate donation fees to help
children in need.

services on its traffic rotator. This ensures our system remains a
quality platform for Advertisers, Merchants Business Owners alike to

categories of websites or programs will not be approved if submitted
for our rotator: "Money Making Schemes" e.g. Matrix, Multi-level
Marketing, Get-Paid-for-Surveys, Home Mailing, Secret Shopper Services,
Etc. No HYIP (High-Yield-Investment Programs), Paid-To-Surf, Auto-surf,
Games and Gifting programs. No free web pages with back-to-back
pop-ups. No private or public forums, No blinking banners or web pages.
No banners, buttons or text links promoting any of the forbidden
programs and services listed above. Our strict selection of sites for
our traffic rotator guarantees only quality sites are accepted for
