| Vision
We are
an online business that has a social conscience and a sense of
community and global responsibility. We are deeply concerned about
issues that affect people in general and the poor, sick and
disadvantaged in particular. Our vision is to alleviate suffering,
poverty and sickness throughout the world. To achieve this it is
necessary to provide financial support to poor and needy people on a
continual basis while providing the means for this support to grow
exponentially. BAC's core service is to provide donations to charitable
organizations. We provide these donations through our paid membership
options as well as from sales of advertising packages and memberships,
website design and traffic as part of our free affiliate program. A
portion of all revenue generated by BAC is donated to charitable
organizations to fulfill our core service and to achieve our vision.

| Vulture - A Child, Which
One Are You Feeding? "Pulitzer Prize" winning photo taken in 1994 during the Sudan famine. The picture depicts a famine stricken child crawling towards an United Nations food camp, located a kilometer away. The vulture is waiting for the child to die so that it can eat it. This picture shocked the whole world. No one knows what happened to the child, including the photographer Kevin Carter who left the place as soon as the photograph was taken. Three months later he committed suicide due to depression. |

As part of the paid membership
process members make payments
to
Fashion Force Foundation (FFF), a nonprofit organization which is
affiliated with BAC, for their child sponsorship obligations. This
allows members to use online payment processors like MoneyBookers,
StormPay, IntGold, etc. to make their payments.
Most charitable organizations do not allow payment via a payment processor and still prefer payment by credit card. As BAC is an online based business we recognize the need for members to be able to make payments using online payment processors. FFF allows the member to choose an online processor for making the sponsorship payment. Members receive a tax deduction for their donations. When the members
begin to earn commissions, BAC will deduct a 10% fee from their
commissions for the donations and make the payment to FFF for the
respective organizations. Fashion Force Foundation is a
Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation under IRC
Section 501 ( C ) ( 3 ) registered August 15, 1996
in the State of California with a Tax Exempt Status - EIN:
95-4593000.

BAC "Surrogate
Caring Parent" BAC hires and pays responsible
and serious members to
provide mentoring and caring services to needy children, and to
correspond with them by mail as often as possible until they grow up.
BAC Surrogate Caring Parents have
absolutely nothing to pay,
no
product to purchase, no monthly fee or subscription to pay. However,
it's mandatory to join the BACT program and visit websites in order to
be eligible to apply for the Surrogate Caring Parent program.
Unlike the Foster Parenting System where Foster parents are not allowed to become attached to their Foster children, the BAC Surrogate Caring Parents are allowed to provide love and to be involved in the lives of the BAC Corporate Children. However, this must be done according to the rules and regulations of the charitable organization in connection with the child. The love the Surrogate Caring Parents provide through a simple letter may be the encouragement a struggling girl or boy needs to make it through another day. When you become a Surrogate Caring Parent, it will forever change your life and the life of the child you sponsor. The special relationship you can develop with your child is something you'll both cherish forever. The local office of the charitable organizations will help translate all letters sent to or received from your sponsored child. |
