Can I join for free?
Yes. You can join as a free member without paying anything to BACT.

Can I have more than one account?
No. You can only have one account. Any member having more than one account will have all accounts deleted and all entitlements will be forfeit.

Is there a limit to the number of sites I can surf each day?
No. There is no limit.

Can I refer others to BACT?
Yes. You can refer others to BACT using your referral URL.

I do not want to surf. Can I purchase credits for my sites to be displayed?
Yes. If you do not want to surf for credits there are different Ad packages available for purchase. Simply select the most appropriate package for your needs.

What sites are banned from BACT?
BACT forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. Sites being promoted via BACT must be sites that promote legitimate products and services and are appropriate for a general audience. Sites that are NOT allowed:

• HYIP, MLM, paid surfing sites, online gaming sites, traffic exchanges
• adult or pornographic sites
• rotators
• sites with more than one popup or popunder
• sites under construction or producing error messages
• sites with code to break out of the surfing bar frame
• sites with redirects
• sites containing downloads
• paid to promote sites
• blogs and free web pages
• sites with illegal content including warez, cracking, or hacking sites, or sites that link to them
• sites containing dialog boxes
• sites containing viruses
• any sites that interrupt our surfing programs in any way
• sites that change the surfer's browser settings in any way
• sites that are racist, abusive or inflammatory
• hate sites
• sites that are defamatory or discriminatory in any way
• or are regarded by BACT as offensive.

BACT reserves the right to reject any site for any reason. If you try to promote a site that is blatantly against this policy your account will be terminated without warning and all credits and the member’s account balance will be forfeit. There will be no refund entitlements.

Can I have my BACT referral URL as one of my sites displayed at BACT?
No. You are not allowed to display your BACT referral site as one of your URLs at BACT.

Can I have the same URL entered more than once in my account?
No. Any URLs you display at BACT must only be entered once in your account.

Can I open multiple surfing windows?
No. You may only have one BACT surfing window open at any one time.

Will I receive emails from BACT?
Yes but we will not bombard you with emails. By joining BACT you agree to receive emails from the company including periodic announcements and offers. You have the right to cancel these emails by canceling your membership. Under no circumstances are these emails to be regarded as SPAM or any SPAM complaints to be lodged by any member against BACT.

What are your payment policies?
You may withdraw from your account when the balance has reached a minimum of $50. Payments should be made to or received from Verified payment processor account only. BACT Member information must match their payment account information. Amount is manually verified at the end of the month and paid within 5 business days (7-9 calendar days). There will be a 15% charity fee deduction which will be made as a donation to our sponsored children through Fashion Force Foundation (FFF) our affiliated non profit organization. Please be sure your payment information is correct. Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date at all times. BACT will not be held responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts or checks mailed to incorrect addresses.

Can I rejoin later if I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may rejoin later as long as you have not been banned from BACT by the admin. Any member who cancels and rejoins later will be regarded as a new member. They will have no claim to any entitlements relating to their previous membership.

What happens if I forget my password?
Click on the Lost Password link under the Members Login on the home page. Enter your email address to have your password sent to you.

What happens if my personal details change?
Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Each member must provide a valid contact email address at all times. If your email address is invalid at any time we will suspend your account until a valid email address has been entered. Failure to provide a valid email address after an account has been suspended for 30 days may result in the termination of the suspended account at BACT’s discretion. If an account is terminated, all credits and the member’s account balance will be forfeit. There will be no refund entitlements.

What is BACT’s advertising/promotion and anti-spam policy?
As a BACT member you are not permitted to purchase leads, guaranteed signups or perform any “cold calling” as a means of promoting BACT. This means no optin, double-optin, triple-optin leads (or prospect lists) from external sources. Solicitation by email or phone is strictly forbidden. BACT has a strict no SPAM policy. This is to protect BACT and it’s members from receiving any SPAM complaints. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the membership. All credits, commissions and the member’s account balance will be forfeit. There will be no refund entitlements.

Why does my site not show up in rotation?
The system will not show members their own sites since that would be wasting their credits. When you add a new site, you must wait for the admin to approve your site and then allocate credits to it if it is approved.

Why is my site On Hold?
If your site is placed on hold that means there was a problem with your site when the admin checked it. This may include errors with the site, or site not found. Sites that are placed on hold will usually be checked again later to see if the problem is still there.

Why has my site been suspended?
If your site has been suspended it is because the site was found to be in violation of our terms. Please read the details provided in these FAQs or the Terms concerning what sites are not allowed at BACT. Sites that get suspended are normally deleted from the system after a few days. This gives you time to remove any credits that may be assigned to them. Serious or repeat site offenders will have their account terminated immediately.

Are the prices on your web site lower than the ones offered by the Merchant sites?
Absolutely! And this is because, on top of the low prices from the Merchants, we apply the "BAC Cash-Back" providing a heavier discount to our Shoppers.

Can I use any credit card to buy things?
Absolutely! As long as the store where you are buying things accepts the type of credit cards you own, you are free to use any credit card of your choice.

How secure is my account information?
We have implemented a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology to protect your personal information. You give your credit card information to each individual store only when you are ready to purchase something. We are committed to protecting your privacy and your personal information stays personal with us.

Are all items purchased at the at BACTraffic eligible for a "BAC Cash-Back" Reward?
We will honor your "BAC Cash-Back" for a very large majority of products. However, most of the gift cards are excluded from this Reward.

Can I earn rewards without shopping?
Yes, you can earn rewards even if you don't want to shop online. Simply use your personal web site and link to refer your friends to our web site.

I just made a purchase, why has my account not been credited with a Cash-Back?
We credit your account with a "BAC Cash-Back" when the Store you have purchased from informs us about your order. Depending on the store, this can take up to 30 days, but most of the time, it is only after a week. If after 30 days you still don't see a credit to your "Earned Cash" account, please Contact Us.

Can I receive a "BAC Cash-Back" on all the web sites and products I review on the BACTraffic Rotator while I am surfing?
Not all the web sites displayed on the BACTraffic's Rotator participate in our "BAC Cash-Back" Rewards. In order to benefit from our Heavy Discounts and "BAC Cash-Back" Rewards, place your orders on our Products Categories or Hot Coupons pages. Also, make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser. If your browser doesn't allow cookies, the tracking system will not perform and we will not know how much to pay you.

What if I change my mind and decide to return an order?
Returned orders are accepted according to the return policy of each Store. If you return an order, then the amount of your "BAC Cash-Back" Reward will be subtracted from your "Earned Cash" account if it has already been posted. In this case, your account may show a negative credit.

Can I exchange an item and still receive my "BAC Cash-Back" Reward?
When you return an item, your purchase and cash-back will be reversed in your account. If you order the exchange item through our web site then you will earn your "BAC Cash-Back" Reward.
